This website presents my professional work and services in web development. It is for information and does not by itself create a contract.
Services
Work for clients is agreed in a separate written offer or contract, which sets out scope, price, schedule and ownership of results. Those terms apply to the project, not these ones.
Descriptions of past work
Project descriptions are simplified summaries. Client names and confidential details are left out on purpose. Descriptions do not guarantee similar results for other projects.
Use of the website
You may view and share links to this website. Please do not misuse it, try to disrupt it or copy its content or design without permission.
Liability
Content is provided as it is, without guarantees of completeness. I am not liable for damage caused by using this website, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
Croatian law applies, without limiting the mandatory rights of consumers under the law of their own country. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb (Općinski građanski sud u Zagrebu), unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
