1. Who is responsible

2. What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not load fonts, scripts or images from other companies. All resources are served from this site, so visiting it does not send your data to third parties.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which delivers the site and protects it from attacks. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and the requested page for this purpose. Transfers outside the EU rely on safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. I do not use this data for any other purpose.
4. Contacting me
If you email me, I process your name, email address and message to answer you and, if you ask for it, to prepare and carry out a project (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Emails are kept as long as needed for that purpose. If a contract follows, I keep records as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.
5. Email provider
My email is handled by MyDataKnox.
6. Sharing
I do not sell your data. I share it only with service providers needed to run the site and my email, and where the law requires it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use these rights, email me at the address above.
You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
8. Changes
If I add features that process more data, such as analytics or a contact form, I will update this policy first.
